Air Clamp/Vise
-Fully Machined clamp plates to ensure optimized clamping face. -6" wide base with 8" clamping plates to allow for mold stability and greater clamping surface. -Adjustable height for different mold sizes. -Anti Marring plates to help reduce cosmetic wear of mold surfaces. -Adjustable speed controller to optimize cylinder speed to operator preference. -110-140 psi recommended for operation. -Inline filter recommended to extend the life of the cylinders. -Keep molds centered to get optimal clamping pressure. -Remove air pressure from clamp after each use. -Usage of the clamp can pinch hand, finger or ect. Using this clamp the operator/owner of the clamp takes full responsibility of usage of the device. -Clean with compressed air and WD-40 only. -Do not exceed 140 psi. -Lubricate system with 1 drop of pneumatic tool oil per week of use. ***Frequent use may require more frequent lubrication. ***LUBRICATE WITH PNEUMATIC TOOL OIL ONLY***

Air Clamp/Vise
Recommended air pressure 110 to 140PSI. If possible, use an air inline filter to extend the cylinder life. Always check your compressor for moisture. 6" Base Keep molds centered to get the best out of this clamp. Do not leave plugged in with pressure when not in use. Usage of the clamp can pinch hand, finger or ect. Using this clamp the operator/owner of the clamp takes full responsibility of usage of the device. Clean with compressed air. Do not use chemicals or abrasives. (wd40 safe for cleaning) Do not exceed 140 psi. Servicing. Add very little Tool oil once every month. (About 4 drops is all you need to lube the system.) (Do not use WD40 in the air lines.)

Years in the making patent pending from Bait Plastics. This unique blend of proprietary ingredients is both non phthalate and non PVC. Not intended for microwave. Set temperature 400F. Best processed using a convection pan, presto pot with beaker, shooting star, or a hot pan. if not using mixing pot, keep stirring to prevent burning or over heat. Mix until water clear and free of air bubbles. Comes with 1lb of Salt Works with all standard injectors and molds. Approximately 6lbs per 1 gallon container.
